South Houston/Clear Lake area company is in need of an Accounts Payable Specialist on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a 100% in office role and pays $25-28/hr.

Responsibilities:

Fully-cycle accounts payable

3-way matching

Intercompany reconciliation

Vendor statement reconciliations

Handle Vendor inquiries and discrepancies

Qualifications:

5+ years of recent full cycle accounts payable experience (must have handled the full cycle process from receiving invoices to check runs/cutting checks)

Strong Excel skills (vlookups/pivot tables/formulas)

Strong analytical skills
